Tax Compliance

VAT ( 15% )

Quarterly every 3 months

VAT compliance requires the preparation and submission of periodic reports every three months. A 15% value-added tax on sales and services is calculated and collected, with the possibility of deducting taxes paid on purchases related to business activity.

Zakat Tax

Annually ( certified reports )

Annual zakat is calculated based on the net assets and financial growth of the company. The process requires the preparation of detailed and approved financial reports showing assets, liabilities, expenses and revenues to ensure compliance with Sharia requirements.

Income Tax

Annually ( certified reports )

Annual income tax requires the preparation of comprehensive and approved financial reports that show all sources of income and expenses associated with the business activity. The process includes calculating taxable income and submitting reports to the relevant tax authorities on time to ensure full compliance.
